120ml Champagne, chilled
15ml Gin
7ml Lemon Juice
7ml Triple Sec

Lemon Twist

Chilled Champagne Flute

Pour the Gin, Triple Sec and Lemon Juice into a cocktail shaker filled with cracked ice. Shake well to mix then strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with the Champagne, garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
