Ingredients:

376ml tin condensed milk
300ml (1 1/4 cups) double cream
227g pot clotted cream

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and use an electric whisk to whip until thick and fluffy. When done, you should be able to form an indentation in the mixture when you poke it with your finger.

Pour the mixture into a large freezer-proof container, place in your freezer and freeze for 6 hours, or until it reaches ice cream consistency.
