Ingredients:

1 tbsp cold water
8 bananas, peeled
100g butter, melted
200g roast, unsalted, peanuts, chopped

Method:

Bring the water to boil in a large pan then add the bananas, cover and steam for 10 seconds (or until just heated through). Drain and roll in the melted butter. Then roll each one in the roast peanuts until they're covered.

Arrange on a baking dish and bake in an oven pre-heated to 190°C for 15 minutes, or until the peanuts are lightly browned. Serve hot.
