Corn Chips is a traditional American recipe for home-made corn chips. The full recipe is presented here and I hope you enjoy this classic American version of Corn Chips.

Ingredients:
120g yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp salt
420ml boiling water
1 tsp butter
Method:
Combine the cornmeal and salt in a mixing bowl, add 240ml boiling water, stirring continuously. Add the butter and stir until melted and incorporated then add the remaining 180ml boiling water, still stirring continually.
Place heaped teaspoons of the mixture onto a well-greased baking tray (making sure to allow sufficient space between them) and bake in an oven pre-heated to 230°C for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
