Chocolate Easter Nests: A classic British Easter treat for kids of chocolate nests made of chocolate mini eggs nestled in a cornflake and chocolate base.
Line the wells of a 12-hole bun tray with small paper cases.
Combine the chocolate, syrup and butter in a pan over low heat. Stir until melted then take off the heat and beat until blended.
Gently stir in the cornflakes and mix until well coated in the mixture. Spoon this into paper cases then sit between 2 and 3 mini eggs in the centre of each one. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill until set.
