Ingredients:
12 common hogweed shoots
60g butter
salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 lemon
Method:
Wash the shoots in cold water and cook in a heavy pan without drying the stems. Add a good knob of butter, ground black pepper and salt and cook for about 8 minutes until tender.
