Bobofrito is a popular dessert dish in São Tomé and Príncipe, eaten as a snack or after a meal.
Ingredients:
2 bananas peeled and sliced into rounds
100ml coconut oil
Method:
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. When hot, ass in the banana slices in as single layer (if there are too many, cook in multiple batches). Fry until the bananas becomes crispy on the outside. Flip over and cook on the other side until crispy.
