Ingredients:
50ml vodka
25ml peach schnapps
25ml peach juice
chilled Champagne
cracked ice
Garnishes:
None
Serving Glass
Chilled Champagne Flute or Martini Glass
Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with cracked ice, add the vodka, peach schnapps and peach juice and shake vigourously to chill. Strain into a chilled champagne glass, top with chilled champagne and serve.
