Despite its name, this is not a children's drink, rather it's a milk-based cocktail with pineapple and vodka or rum. Definitely a grown-up drink!
Ingredients:
120ml sweetened condensed milk
120ml milk
1 small pineapple
180ml vodka or white rum
6 ice cubes
crushed ice
Method:
Peel and core the pineapple then cut into chunks. Add these to a blender and process until smooth. Now add the milk, condensed milk, vodka or white rum and the ice cubes. Process until smooth then pass through a fine-meshed sieve.
