Ingredients:

500g Golden Delicious apples, hand chopped
150g sultanas
100g chopped dried apricots
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
180ml Blackberry Wine
150g smooth apricot jam
250g chopped walnuts
pinch of sugar, plus more to taste

Method:

Simply mix everything together in a bowl then place in the refrigerator to chill.
