English Translation
This very unusual, but traditional spread is made from boiled and reduced milk (or more typically a tin of condensed milk).
Ingredients:
2l milk
1kg sugar
Method:
Add the milk and the sugar to a saucepan and boil until thick and brown (this usually takes about two hours). It's not necessary to stir the mixture constantly, but it does need to be stirred fairly frequently. When stirring make sure to do so in the same direction each time using a warmed spoon. (Of course, the easiest way to make this is to boil a tin of condensed milk).
