Curwch y tatws nes yn llyfn yna ychwanegwch gweddill y cynhwysion. Dewch a'r gymysgfa at ei gilydd fel toes cyn ei droi ar wyneb wedi ei flawdio. Rholiwch allan tua 2cm o drwch a torrwch nes ie fod yr un maint a'r badell.
Irwch badell ffrio a phan yn boeth ychwaengwch y teisen datws gan ei ffrio nes yn euraidd ac wedi cogini drywod. Torrwch yn ddarnau a gweinwch yn boeth.

English Translation
Ingredients:
450g potatoes, peeled, boiled, drained and cooled
120g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg, beaten
30g butter, melted
pinch of salt
Method:
Mash and beat the potatoes until smooth then add all the remaining ingredients. Bring the mixture together as a dough then tun onto a floured work surface. Roll out to about 2cm thick and cut until the same size as your pan.
Grease a frying pan and when hot add the potato cake and fry until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
