225g o gig selsig
125g o lugaeron
croen 1 oren wedi ei ratio'n fân
sudd 1 oren
50g o friwsion bara gwyn
1 llwy fwrdd o bersli wedi ei dorri'n fân
1 nionyn wedi ei dorri'n ddarnau

Dull:

Cymysgwch y cynhwysion i gyd mewn powlen fawr. Pan mae'r cyfan wedi cymysgu'n drwyadl defnyddiwch i stwffio cyw iâr cyn ei rostio fel arfer. Fel amrywiad, gellir siapio'r stwffin fel peli cyn eu rhostio mewn popty wedi ei gyn-gynhesu i 180C am 25 munud.

English Translation


Ingredients:

225g sausage meat
125g cranberries
finely-grated zest of 1 orange
juice of 1 orange
50g fine, white, breadcrumbs
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 onion, chopped

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. When everything has been mixed thoroughly use to stuff a chicken before roasting, as usual.

Alternatively, the stuffing can be shaped into balls and baking in an oven pre-heated to 180C for 20 minutes.
