English Translation
This is an unusual pudding made of a fruited pancake batter baked in a shortcrust pastry shell covered with sultanas. Traditionally, it was prepared in the morning and baked alongside that day's bread in a wall oven.
Method:
Line a pie dish with the pastry and cover it with a layer of sultanas.
Then pour in the batter mixture and dot it with butter.
Transfer to an oven pre-heated to 180C and bake for about one hour.
