225g o flawd codi
125g o fenyn
2 ŵy
1 cof o arlleg wedi torri'n fân
125g o gocos
1 llwy fwrdd o bersli wedi torri'n fân

Dull:

Hidlwch y blawd i fowlen yna ciwbiwch y menyn a'i rwbio i fewn i'r blawd nes fod y gymysgfa yn debyg i friwsion bara. Curwch yr ŵyau a'r llefrith ynghyd cyn ei arllwyso i fewn i'r gymysgedd blawd. Cymysgwch y cyfan gyda llwy nes yn llyfn yna ychwanegwch y garlleg, y cocos a'r persli cyn blasu gyda halen a phupur. Cymysgwch unwaith eto, yna twymwch radell a choginiwch 1 llwy ford o'r gymysgedd ar y tro. Coginiwch nes yn euraidd ar un ochor yna trowch drosodd a choginiwch ar yr ochor arall. Gweinwch yn boeth gyda saws tomato.

English Translation


Ingredients:

225g self-raising flour
125g butter
2 eggs
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
125g cockles
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Method:

Sift the flour into a bowl then cube the butter and rub into the flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs and milk together then pour into the flour mixture.

Mix everything together with a spoon until smooth then add the garlic, cockles and parsley before seasoning with salt and black pepper. Mix once more then heat a griddle and fry 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time. Fry until golden then flip over and continue frying until cooked through and golden on the other side.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
