Golchwch y golwython yna defnyddiwch gyllell finiog i sgorio'r saim ar eu cefnau. Trosglwyddwch i dun rhostio a gwasgarwch halen, teim a phupur am eu pennau. Rhostiwch mewn popty wedi ei cyn-gynhesu i 180°C am tua 40 munud, neu nes fod y cig wedi gwneud i'ch dewis chwi.

English Translation
Ingredients:
6 Welsh lamb chops
salt and black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp chopped mint
150m vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
Method:
Clean the chops then use a sharp knife to score the fat on their backs. Transfer to a roasting tin and scatter the salt, thyme and black pepper over them. Pace in an oven pre-heated to 180°C and roast for about 40 minutes, or until the meat is done to your preference.
Meanwhile, dissolve the sugar in the vinegar then add the mint and stir to combine. Serve the chops with new potatoes, peas and mint sauce.
