English Translation
Ingredients:
75g butter, diced
175g plain flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
cold water, to bind
Method:
In a bowl, rub together the butter and flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add the salt, black pepper and parsley then mix with a little cold water to bring the mixture together as a pastry.
Roll this out on a floured work surface to form the lid of a meat or seafood pie.
