Ingredients:

3 avocados (preferably haas or similar)
1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
15g red onions, diced
5g coriander leaves, chopped
240g tomatoes, chopped
salt, to taste
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp hot chilli pepper
1 tsp pepper sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tsp chilli flakes, to garnish

Method:

Cut the avocados in half, extract the seeds then remove the flesh. Place the flesh in a bowl then mash with a fork.

Fold in all the other ingredients (except the chilli flakes). Continue to mix with a fork until you have the right consistency (not to runny, but with well mashed but with some small chunks of avocado still visible).

Transfer the mixture a serving bowl, scatter over the chilli flakes to garnish then serve.
